Eating healthy can be easier than going through the drive-through.

How Much Does It Cost?

With so many custom options, it's tough to say exactly what it will cost. There are different pricing options if you buy the groceries or if we do. We can do a per meal rate or a per hour rate. You let us know what you need, and we'll find a way to help you get it.

Here are some sample meal plans to give you an idea of what we can do:

5 meals with 4 servings each, $260 ($13 per serving) + the cost of groceries:

Monday
Roasted salmon with whole-grain-mustard crust, citrus quinoa (onions, red pepper, fresh oranges, pineapple, strawberry, slivered almonds), and carmelized brussel sprouts

Tuesday
Herb-crusted pork tenderloin, roasted butternut squash, cauliflower with a lemon-garlic aoili

Wednesday
Meatloaf with a mushroom gorgonzola gravy, mashed cauliflower and celery root (similar to mashed potatoes), with roasted carrots

Thursday
White chicken chili with three different kinds of beans, red peppers, and more (mild or spicy) with a side salad of mixed greens

Friday
Chicken artichoke stuffed manicotti in a mild picante sauce


4 meals with 4 servings each, $240 ($15 per serving) + the cost of groceries:

Monday
Blackened Tilapia with garlic-lime butter, roasted sweet potatoes, grilled asparagus with parmesan and roasted walnuts

Tuesday
Teriyaki-marinated boneless pork loin chops, with a tropical quinoa salad (coconut, raisins, pineapple, mango) and green beans with cranberry, walnuts and blue cheese

Wednesday
Stuffed manicotti with Italian sausage and mushrooms

Thursday
Herb-crusted beef tenderloin, parsley-buttered baby red potatoes, and roasted green beans

 

4 meals with 2 servings each, $160 ($20 per serving) + the cost of groceries:

Monday
Shrimp with penne pasta, asparagus and peppers

Tuesday
Black bean and sweet corn soup with cilantro and lime

Wednesday
grilled Mojito-pork tenderloin with Caribbean madras rice and grilled vegetable skewers

Thursday
Grilled cilantro-lime shrimp skewers with mango quinoa salad with avocado and tomato and a fresh lime dressing

We have a delicious no-pasta lasagna with sliced eggplant and lots of veggies. Special requests are never a problem. Since we prepare your meals especially for you, they can be adjusted to meet all of your needs.
